2024 Jazz Band Dinner & Silent Auction
The Allatoona Bands cordially invites you to a night out with the Jazz Band!
While admission is free, you can also enjoy a fantastic meal as the band plays on through the night.

A large selection of items will also be available for silent auction to help support Allatoona Bands.
The Silent Auction will close at 8:00pm; Checkout will begin around 8:30pm.
Cash, checks, and credit cards (except American Express) are accepted, but checks are preferred.
Any and all support is greatly appreciated!
This event will start at 6:00 PM and conclude at 9:00 PM
How you can Help: Get Donations!
All band families are encouraged to participate by entering at least two (2) items in the auction. Your student will earn 50% of the total amount when sold at the event. These funds will go directly into your band account and is a great way to cover all yearly dues and/or trip costs.
Now is a great time to start collecting donations. The more you collect, the more you earn!
Many different kinds of donations will make for a successful auction to ensure variety and interest for everyone. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:
Gift Cards or certificates for local businesses
(restaurants, pet services, entertainment, car washes, etc.)
Reservations for vacation destinations (beach rentals, mountain cabins, etc)
Event Tickets (Sports, Music, Theater, etc)
Themed Baskets (Allatoona merch, movie night, etc)
