What is Charms?
Charms is an office assistant program which helps organize the vast information
of the Allatoona Band Program. Charms can help you with many questions from" How
much do I owe in Band dues?'" to ••What school owned instruments does my child have
checked out?" and much more This information is accessible to you 24 hours a day.
To Access Charms
Go to www.charmsoffice.com
On the right hand side of the screen you will see "Parent/Student login"
Your login code is AllatoonaHSB
Click on "Enter Charms"
On your new screen you can visit the band's web page, email the Band
Directors, or check your Student Info
To Access Student Info
On the right hand side of the screen you will see "enter student
IDlPassword"
In this box please enter your access code that was provided for you.
Once in the system take some time to explore your options and information
available. This info is constantly updated so please check back often
To exit
In the upper left hand side of the screen you will see the word "exit". Simple
click this and you will exit the system.
